Most shifts in major markets are filled within 2–4 hours of posting. We maintain a deep waitlist in every city so you're never left without coverage. Our current average fill time is under 3 hours.
Can I upload retailer-specific compliance requirements?

Yes. When you post a shift you can attach any retailer-specific protocols — dress code, handling requirements, prohibited language, demo set-up rules, or store-specific check-in procedures. Ambassadors must acknowledge and confirm understanding before they can apply. Compliance requirements are shown as a pre-shift checklist in the ambassador app.
Can I filter reports by SKU or store chain?

Absolutely. Your brand dashboard lets you filter every report by SKU, store chain, market, date range, or individual ambassador. You can export filtered CSVs or generate retailer-ready PDFs for any subset of your shifts — useful for ranging conversations with specific buyers.
What happens if an ambassador doesn't show?

We detect no-shows via GPS within minutes of the shift start. Shelvian immediately dispatches from the waitlist and you're notified. Ambassadors who no-show receive a strike — three strikes results in permanent suspension.
Can I request the same ambassador again?

Absolutely. After any completed shift you can one-click re-book the same ambassador. You can also add ambassadors to a Favorites list so they're prioritized for your future shifts automatically.
How are ambassadors verified?

Every ambassador completes ID verification via Stripe Identity before their first shift. We also verify relevant certifications (Food Handler card, ServSafe, TIPS) with expiry tracking. Background checks are available as an optional add-on for brands.
When am I charged as a brand?

We place a temporary authorization on your card when you post a shift. The actual charge only processes after the ambassador submits their event report and the shift is marked complete. If a shift is never filled, you're never charged.
